Greg Robinson

Greg attended Midwestern State University where he earned a Bachelor of Music (vocal performance) and then went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received his Master of Divinity. Greg has been the guest speaker at multiple events, conferences, and revivals both in the United States and internationally. He and his wife, Penny, have two boys, Peyton and Parker. When not spending time with his family, Greg enjoys playing golf, web and graphic design, and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Jason Welker

Jason began his ministry as Minister of Students and Activities at First Baptist Church in 2009. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media and Theatre from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri (2005). He also earned a Master of Divinity degree with a Student Ministry concentration from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas (2009).
Jason and Amy married in August 2005. They both have a passion to work with students of all ages, and have a passion to help them grow in their own faiths while sharing their faith with others. Jason and Amy have been blessed with 3 daughters, Vivi, Sophie, and Gracie, and are very excited to be serving the Lord in Farmington.

Mark Phillips

Mark joined the staff of First Baptist Church in October of 2019 as Children’s Minister. He received a bachelor's degree in education from Central Methodist University and a Specialist’s Degree in Educational Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Mark has spent 25 years in education from elementary and middle school teachers to elementary and middle school principals. He has worked for many years in all aspects of the church setting having been a preacher’s kid.
Mark is excited to fulfill his passion of working with kids in the church setting and showing them God’s love. He and his wife Deanna have one son, Griffin. In his spare time, he enjoys singing and music, traveling, spending time with his family and following his son around to all his music and sports activities.

Kevin Willis

Kevin Willis’s passion and greatest fulfillment is to see God’s people singing, playing and praising our Lord Jesus Christ through their God-given talents and availability. He sees himself as a facilitator and caretaker of the musical talent that God has given the church.
Kevin grew up in northeast Oklahoma and graduated from Tahlequah High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University and began serving in Church Music Ministry during college. This year he will complete 25 years in ministry. Kevin earned a Certificate in Worship Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University of Nashville, TN in 2013 and went on to receive his Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX in 2016.
Kevin met the love of his life, Sarah, while serving in his first music ministry position at Shiloh Baptist Church where Sarah’s Aunt was the pianist. They were married in the summer of 1997 and now have three children: Garrett, Gracie and Grant.
When not spending time with his family, Kevin enjoys tennis, golf, coaching volleyball, fly fishing, and cheering for the Oklahoma City Thunder, the OU Sooners football team and now the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Sarah Fletcher

Sarah began serving as Administrative Assistant in June 2019, and became Ministry Assistant in June 2020. Growing up in First Baptist Farmington, she spent years volunteering with various nonprofit organizations and service projects, which ultimately gave her a passion and heart for serving others.
Sarah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Strategic Communication from Southwest Baptist University. She entered into the nonprofit sector working for organizations involved in: food pantries/soup kitchens, homeless assistance, disaster relief, military/veteran’s affairs, and children’s outreach.
Sarah and her husband, William, enjoy all things outdoors, playing with their dog, playing board games, and spending time with both of their families.

Brittney joined the Farmington First Baptist Church staff team in July of 2020 as Administrative Assistant. She has spent years helping family and community gatherings through her home church of Meadow Heights. She is proud to say that she has found a team here at First Baptist Church Farmington that loves God as much as she does.
Brittney loves exploring nature with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Amelia. When the weather is too bad for hiking, she is busy playing games with family members, arts and crafts, and rooting on the Kansas City Chiefs.
